Stock Plans
All plans can be customized to client's requirements and specifications. This will be charged
hourly at $50.00 per hour.

The stock plans are "builder set" of plans and not just design sketches and
can be turned in to the local city or county. Structural Engineering and Title
24 are not included, although we work with a pool of consultants to make the
process faster and less stressful.
The price include:
floor plans
4 elevations
2 sections (minimum)
electrical plans
roof plan with attic vent calculation
Site plan will be additional $200.00 with client providing parcel map or in the
case where site in on a steep slope, a topographical map from a Surveyor.
The City or County MAY require the client to obtain separate Grading Plans
